quick update...

What a great past couple of days we've
had. Our team woke up at 6am to do
a great morning hike. There was lots
of team building and connecting during
the adventurous journey up the
mountain to a beautiful wind cave
that over looks the entire city of
Phoenix.
We spent yesterday coming up with
ideas and new creative ways to
market our businesses. It's made me
realize that it's about coming up with
realistic, actionable goals and targets
that are able to be achieved. There
are so many people out there looking
for a starting place and just need
some direction to get going.
It's about being a servant to others
and instilling knowledge in them the
that they can carry forward and pass
on to others. I know one thing for
sure, our team is committed to just
that! It's truly a privilege and an
honor to be able to work with
such great people. It truly fuels
me, inspires me and motivates
me day in and day out.
Oh and by the way, we decided
hotel rooms just don't work for
team meetings like this so we
kinda just made our own at my
mentor's house! We've all come
to conclusion you learn more,
connect on a deeper level, and
just plain get a lot more done
when you're in a relaxed state
and environment. So it has
inspired our team to come up
with some really creative ideas
of the location for our next
mastermind in the fall so stay
tuned! ;)
