Are you for real?

I'm just getting back from a week long vacation
to see family, hometown friends, and lots of
golf. It was great to sort of escape the every
day grind for once and do something a bit
different. I feel refreshed, recharged and raring
to go!
So getting back to the subject line above, are
you for real?
The reason I ask is because I saw a facebook post
yesterday that said "Is it what you know or who you
know that creates success?", My response was,
"People don't care how much you know until they
know how much you care." So in short it's never
about what you know. Just demonstrate leadership
and show people that you are for REAL and of
course they will listen to you.
Keep it real, raw, uncut, uncensored (okay, may a
little censored, you don't want to offend people), and
you might just find there are more people out there
like you than you think.
Over the last couple of years I've been amazed at
the great people and connections I've made just
by being myself. Don't worry about what other people
think, they probably don't matter anyway.
Hopefully you've experienced something similar. Now
lets have a great rest of the week and make something
happen!
